Considering making a looter - They make far more profit than you think

I've been thinking of making a skiller/chiller/looter, member of course.

Main purpose: Looting.

I'll explain why looters are all over the wilderness when you only see them as the annoying idiots following, they have insane profits.


Why looters are making a lot of cash, and how:

In the wilderness, hovering your mouse over anyone below your combat level makes the game automatically give you a attack-hover, meaning that if you click on that person/spot where someone below ur combat level is, you try to attack them.

If you are combat level 3, there is no attack option like this, unless there is another level 3 there (which it isn't if you loot right)

Meaning that, lets say, 2x dharokers (skulled are fighting) both end up KO'ing eachother and everyone runs to the spot to wait for the loot.

The lvl 3 characters only need to spam click on the spot where they died, waiting to get all the loot.

The lv4-126 have to RIGHT CLICK-HOVER-CLICK-LOOT

Which means that before anyone get a chance to loot, the looter has taken 3-4 items already, yeah they are that fast.

I want serious feedback, I don't care if you killed a guy but ring of life tele'd u, and some looters got your stuff. It happens to my main and pker all the time (except I don't wear that shit ring)

 

This has been known for a LONG time, It's not very steady profit unless you loot sharks and pots but you do get lucky.

 

There are a lot of level three looters and most people can right click fast enough to make not having to right click not such a huge advantage.

 

Wrong, the looters are clicking the ground even before the loot appears.

The Human brain needs 1-2 seconds before it sends out the command to your hand to start right clicking, by then the looter already got the loot.

 

Never knew about the whole right clicking thing o: Might make my skiller member soon so ill be sure to try this

 

My friend had looted around 4-5 whips doing this method. He had over 500 sharks as well. I might try this someday.

 

Exactly, and its chill, you bot on your main while u chill and watch fights, picking up paychecks from those who fuck up.

 

But when there are mutiple looters don't level 3's attack each other...?

But someone could make your hourly profits of a looter in one PK or one stake.

I support you, as long as you don't fucking glitch other people (Making them unable to right click their loot)

I just think there are much better ways to make money if you are actually at your computer.

 

Meh. This has been known since FT came back. There are a ton of level 3 looters now, so your whole clicking scheme won't work because you will attack the other level 3's.

This also isn't very steady money.. you have to pick up the shark/pots and then hope you actually get lucky and get something worthwhile.

Only reason I would do it is just for fun. You can make much better money doing a lot of other stuff, especially if you are going to be at your computer.

 

Well I'd be botting on my main, would be to chat, troll and loot stuff.

Yeah I'll push and shuff my face thru the CD room until I enter cyberspace, upload myself as a virus to runescape's servers, loot sharks'n dharoks, leave and sell this stuff at Ebay.

Yea thi8s is a good idea. But its not steady profits. you could go hours without looting a single thing. But yea its a good idea. Im currently making 100k/hr looting peoples dropped iron.

 

the average reaction time is .75 seconds.

looters are the scum of the wildy, just above rushers. why dont you work to make cash of your own efforts.

its true, I do make quite a bit of profit doing this... its not hard to make a looter, you just have to pay for members?
