    Summer Workout Suggestions

    What should I use as a summer workout/get fit routine? and protein powder that's easy to get from somewhere like Walmart or CVS

    what should my cycle of workout days go I plan on going 4 days, if not 4 then 3 days, thats if I have something to do on that day.

    My days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

    I hope that some of you may help me find a good Summer Workout/Get Fit routine as I'm 235 lbs (I'm 15 and overweight, yes I know.) and I need to be fit and have a healthy lifestyle so what should I do as in workouts like legs workouts, arms workouts, body workouts, chest workouts and please feel free to add something to do the list. :)

    Summer Workout Suggestions

    Diet is the first thing you'll need to change. If you weigh 225 you will be able lose hella weight without even going to the gym just by eating better and eating less. Obviously you should be exercising, but run a caloric deficit by a decent amount and just power through the hunger and lose some weight. I am naturally around 180-185, but I prefer to be at 175 so I just make sure I watch what I eat and then exercise only a couple of days per week. If you wanna eat more then you need to work out more.
