Ban dispute - Durance

Last year I was banned for apparently "scamming". I was selling a method on another site last year, I had a customer who bought a copy of the method and he didn't know how to use the method even when I explained it to him multiple times, even had my friend explain it to him, he got mad and reported me on that other site. When he reported me on the other site, I won the case, then he got mad and decided to report me on Sythe.

The account I'm disputing is "durance", I had 10-20 vouches, people trust me. I have 30-40 vouches on offsites. I believe that I never did anything wrong.
