COnnecting to your server

How do you connect to your server to test it and all? Someone help out Im new to Private server making

read the tut somewhere around here
and to connect to ur server (if u already got the server,no-ip,jdk.and port forwarded)
click on runserver
then go on silabsoft client or mopar
enter ur username and pass, leave server blank
