Connecting a Video Game Console To My Ipad

I have an ipad that I have jailbreaked.
Do any tools (both hardware and software) exist so that I could use my ipad as a monitor for video game consoles, like my gamecube?

I tried googling, but didn't get the best results.

    Thanks

No as there is no source of video in/out.

Hardly understood what you said, but I'll take your word for it :/
I had trouble finding positive results anywhere else.

I'll try to break down what he said.

Basically think of it like you are trying to use your Ipad as a Tv. A Tv has places where input/output cables to go but your Ipad does not. This means there would be no where for the cables from your game console to attach to the Ipad so you can't use it as an external monitor. You can purchase small external monitors for maybe $40 US though if you really need one.

That's why I asked for hardware, too :)
I remember that people were selling unofficial HDMI adapters for jailbroken ipads

I've done as much searching as I can, and the only HDMI adapters I've found are ones that are output, not input. Sorry :(

Sorry, i thought it was pretty self explanatory.

Check Best Buy for "Open Item" monitors, you can actually bargain with the prices.
