connect trouble

i downloaded the HD client for sythe and when i open it, it doesn't go past that checking for updates or wot ever, i tryed to move the: titana_cache_32 : file into windows but there is already one there plz help me???

Perhaps a little more information would help you getting a better answer, what program is it, where did you download it, what does the error message say when you leave it to load rs?
