scammer with many proofs

He scammed me over 1 week ago for 2 pins for 2.2m which i bought off him and i told him if he didnt give me refund that i will report him so i gave him until now to give me refund and now he just logs off everytime i talk to him however he does not block me.

the reason why i let him have a chance to refund me is because i traded with him before and he never scammed me.

You guys do not have to ban him if he gives me my 2.2m back with an additional 1.3m for the time which would be total of 3.5m

if he gives it back you dont have to ban him instead give him a trade with caution rank.
