so i've been talking to this girl online. just general chit-chat. she talked to me about previous boyfriends and such. she works in a tattoo parlour and recently got a black ace (cards) on her arm, just the symbol. she said she got it for "national coming out day" which is celebrated by LGBT communities. (i know the black ace has a meaning about white girls liking black guys but it's not that - she made it clear she didn't know about that meaning). so..
I wondered, why would she be celebrating LGBT? she's obviously straight. Sure, she may have LGBT friends and such, but she mentioned that a previous boyfriend had turned violent toward her when she told him she "wasn't technically straight".
she then said, does it not bother you that i'm technically not straight? and of course I said no i don't care what you are bla bla. so then she says she really doesn't want to tell her family about whatever she is. SHES EXTREMELY TOUCHY ABOUT THE SITUATION so I don't wanna say "well what are you then", get me?
she is definitely biologically female. she definitely has had and continues to talk about having, a boyfriend. i don't see how being bisexual doesn't make you straight either - and why would your family mind.
i looked up black ace symbol meanings and came across "asexuals" - Asexuality (or nonsexuality) is the lack of sexual attraction to anyone or low or absent interest in sexual activity. but surely this isn't a huge ass deal to tell your family/boyfriend and doesn't mean you're not straight.
she then said, she doesn't want to tell anyone about "T". Does this mean she's a female who wants to transition to being a male but to be gay perhaps? i just don't know what assumption to make.
DONT POST SAYING ASK HER - I WOULDNT POST IF I FELT THAT WAS AN OPTION. Please let me know anything you can dig up that might help or post your opinion.
