Briefly explain the trade: He and Germankid1 were buying some graphics. I was going to give them 80% disscount by adding advertisement to their signatures. They only payed 3m.
How they scammed: Germankid1 was banned (because of scamming on Powerbot), but Confuego116 never added the advertisement to his signature, even tough both of them agreed to. Here is the proof:
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: You can look at his msn at this thread he made: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1119822 . I made the images in that thread. I can provide the Photoshop document if you'd like.
