    Computer Problem

So I got a shitton of problems that I hope someone can help me with.

So my MOBO has 24 gbs of ram installed, detects all 24 but only uses 8.

Some have attributed it to the version of windows being use I use windows 7 professional which allows up to 192 gb of ram.

Everything is being fucky right now.

My mobo boots up slow, won't boot up my SSD without my regular HD attached to it in sequence.

Its a MSI 970A. With a AMD 6300 FX processor. If someone can recommend a new combo for me that would be great. I also have a GTX 650 ti boost. Comp is like 2 years old and I'm tired of this bullshit.

Veich's post has a possible fix. It's not your OS because your PC is using 8GB's of ram, and for 32Bit OS the max is 4GB. Are all the rams the same brand and frequency? Take one ram out at a time and test it. Make sure your ram is pushed all the way down. You can also look into the OS's built in RAM test or MemTest86. That's about it TBH, most mobo's come with 3 years of warranty try to get it RMA'd if the steps mentioned fail.
