MY laptop vs computer and runescape in HD

could this laptop im going to buy run rs in the highest graphics whilst staying at a good fps around 35+ constant

also what are the specs like are they ok? this is the computer

its only cheap but all i can afford i really want to play rs in highest detail without lagging

HP makes shit computers and you'll want more than 2GB of RAM... I have a few web pages open on top of Win 7 and I'm using 2.2gb.

 

Honestly, save up a little. You aren't going to get a computer that is capable of very much for that amount of money, unless you are willing to find, buy and put together your own pc. You want to shoot for a minimum of 4gb ram, and a 6770 or higher graphics card. Not to mention monitor size is a factor and you need to balance all your components to achieve high frame rates in any game.
