Complicated Graphics Request (Name Your Price)

I've reviewed most of the top threads going here and my request is a bit complicated in comparison to the design work most people showcase but I am willing to pay (paypal) whatever someone feels it's worth (within reason).

I am looking for a signature that is no bigger than 660x230px. It's a reveal for a clan so I won't go into the full details here but it will essentially be a large shark swimming in and eating a small shark that has a word designed on it's scales. The shark should swim through the graphic either chasing the small fish or it should eat the fish then smile in the center of the graphic with a word in blood stains across it's teeth.

Please respond to this post or shoot me a pm letting me know if you are interested/able to do this and also name your price. It is also worth noting that I am looking for a regular designer for my clan's various needs (all paid work). It's not related to this particular request but we need graphic work quite frequently and I've purchased from several designers on Sythe but not found someone who is online and available consistently enough for our needs.
