Complete service provider software solution

I am currently writing a complete software solution that will entice any service provider. I currently work as a Software Engineer at the largest AI focused software development company in Australia. This led me down the path of automation, which helps cut costs and workload down a lot.

What technologies are being used:

• Node rest API (back-end)
• Vue javascript framework (front-end)
• Mongo database store

This specific solution's goal was to automate as much of the process as possible. Here are the current features of the software, every service has the option to be toggled in the admin area, so if a certain service is not offered it simply wont be displayed:

• Global configuration
  • 5 different payment gateways
    • Bitcoin, PayPal, Skrill, 07GP (will have to be processed manually), g2pay.
    • Definitely open to supporting more.
  • Each service has its own configurable settings, for example, quest prices, skilling gp/xp for each level bracket, minigame pricing, ironman surcharge, etc.
  • All authentication is handled by JWT tokens to ensure it is as secure as possible.
    • Users login with a username and password, then a token is created for them to access the API, they can only hit end points in which they have access to. So a user wont be able to hit endpoints that an account with Administrator privileges would.
  • Customer's accounts are stored in the database and encrypted in which only the workers will have the decrypting program. User passwords are deleted upon order completion.
• Gold selling/buying
  • Selling
    • Completely automatic until delivery, delivery is the only manual step in the process which is done through your LiveChat.
  • Buying
    • Unfortunately haven't come up with a good way to automate this for the time being, so for now this will be manual through your LiveChat.
• Skilling services
  • User selects the account they want the services on (from the dropdown of rs accounts stored on the account). Looks them up on the highscores and prefills the current stats all they have to do is change the target stats and it will calculate the price based on the gp/xp set in the configuration settings.
• Minigame services
  • List of minigames offered, also have the option of being toggled if a minigame is not supported or offered.
• Questing services
• Fire cape services
• Infernal cape services
• Account sales
  • Will be able to be filtered, searched, etc. Extremely detailed account selling section.
• Account rentals
  • Looking into automating this process completely:
    • User purchases 3 hours of max main
    • On the 3 hour mark, account is automatically changed and stored in the database and the account is marked as available on the site for the next order.
