It's legit.
The source code is clean.
The source itself simply extends the java applets size to make it full screen.
Though both links are dead, so there is no way for anyone to get to the site.
You can use the source yourself by running it on an HTML file. ^_^

LOL people really need to learn HTML--and then see that there's nothing fishy about it...

I personally don't have a use for this, since I like to just use Firebug (inline HTML editing FTW!), which means I can take out, add, and do anything I want.

But I can confirm that this code is legit.

(final random note... too many scammers on this forum--though it is a cheating forum, it seems that everyone is tempted to scam eachother, and is willing to build up hundreds and hundreds of posts just to do that... sigh, and I believed that runescape would help people develop some social responsibility and skills...)
