Complete Comprehensive Guide to building a Electric Motorcycle

Title says all.
Wondering if ANYONE has a full STEP-BY-STEP guide to taking on a motorcycle conversion project from start to finish.
I am a complete newb at this, not a mechanic type, but I'm extremely interested in doing this, it's one of my goals before my 21st birthday.

I know it's about a 2-4 month job with costs upto $3,000 depending on the items you choose, but I just want a basic guide that will help me do each and every step necessary to have the bike running smoothly and properly. Making it look nice is something I will worry about later.

I've got a few starter models in mind, if anyone has any knowledge or a guide for this it would be MUCH appreciated.

Currently looking at a Kawasaki Ninja, Honda CB900, Honda CBR, Honda Interceptor type bike for parts/frame. Mostly interested in a sporty frame, not necessarily a complete crotch rocket but something a little flashy won't hurt.
