Show us proper PM from leanbean and we'll ban him for scamming

 

A ban is not necessary, this could have been prevented and because of that he should be paying half of the damages lost.

The rule doesn't mention anything about a "proper PM"

The rule is simple, a sythe PM is required to confirm the skype you're talking to. So let's say that he had received a pm the night prior to the trade, then leanbeans skype was hacked on the day of the trade. Would he not be held liable then either?

What will stop users from saying their skype is hacked after scamming someone. As long as they didn't PM the user on the forums their completely safe, right?

 

It's pretty clearly stated the rule is to determine whether a user's skype account is hacked meaning you need a PM for every trade.

There has been multiple threads opened discussing this same exact thing. There is no longer any need for non staff input and speculations on the matter.
