    Smolov Russian Squat Program

    Has anyone tried the full 13-week program? I’ve done the 3-week Smolov junior multiple times and honestly it has boosted my squat quite a bit, and I want to see if the full program is worth

    Smolov Russian Squat Program

    Never heard of this one, I currently do Hatch squats 12 week program. Squat went from 365-435. Best part is it's free, and you can find it already in an excel sheet through google.

    The russian programs are great if you are an intermediate lifter. I'm super injury-prone and any high volume programs really fucks with my hips

    A leg-day program? What satanic monster came up with that. Oh Russians? Makes sense. Geez. No I have not tried, and will never try that. Sounds terrible.

    The full program is squat but u can use the junior program for bench also, i feel its real nice for intermediate gains
