Better to train with a 2h or dual wield?

I'm training melee, I'm at 70 att 60 str and 60 def jw what is the best weapon type to train with the fastest

 

2H, if you're going for efficiency training, your full melee combo will kill them, and you want maximum weapon damage for the slots.

I know that the abyssal whip is pretty good since it's really fast and is pretty cheap. However, guthans is another good option along with Veracs, Torags, or Dharoks if you get your strength up to 70.

 

Use a guthan's warspear for right now, right when you hit 75 attack use an armadyl godsword or a bgs.
