I can either sell you a working private server that you can own (I'll let you preview it before purchase) or I can code you one specifically on what you'd like. I'm currently accepting RSGP only. Either RS3 or 07 are fine. Send me a PM I'll sell my service for cheap depending on the features you need coded. If it's time consuming like asking for a 100% working G.E, etc. It may cost more.
