Community Shout Box

[Noob Sausage]

Ok so my idea goes like this, there should be a few different lobbies for the shout box because of sythe's large user base. I think a sythe shout box would be awesome, i really enjoy shout boxes in other forums.

This has been suggested many times before. Just jump on the IRC to talk to people because that doesn't kill our servers more.
