Try adding a "/" before ipconfig ? lol

 

ipconfig is missing from your system32 folder. Don't ask me how lol

try running sfc /scannow

 

Type the following in order:

ipconfig [Press enter]

ipconfig/renew [Press enter]

ipconfig/release [Press enter]

 

It's ipconfig /renew not ipconfig/renew

That space is necessary to determine the trigger.

 

ipconfig [Space] /renew.

The main issue is he didn't type ipconfig [Enter] first.

Wrong.

Typing JUST ipconfig first is not necessary.

Source: I use ipconfig on almost a daily basis.

 

OP, type ipconfig [enter] then try it, post here if it worked after that or not.

 

I'd try what Leanbean said. I've had this issue before and that seemed to fix it.

btw i have windwows 8.1

it worked before. now it doesnt, i did full scan with malware and i didnt find anything and i dont download anything off the internet unless its steam lol/wow

and post the output here (n.b. you can copy text from CMD by right clicking, clicking "mark", highlighting the text and then pressing enter).

There should be something similar to

Code:

C:\Windows\System32;

somewhere in there.

If it's not, your system path variable has been changed somehow. Try typing

Code:

C:\Windows\System32\ipconfig.exe

and see if that works.

 

Not sure if it will work but try

cd..
cd..
cd Windows
cd System32
then your command
