    Hey guys id just like to introduce myself :) my name is joey and im from canada over the course of the summer i put on 20 pounds but my mom says i didnt do it the right way i wanted to hit 200 pounds before i started shaping my body i was just wondering if you guys would reccamend using protein bars and shakes or what do you think would be a good idea to get Abs im also 6"4 if that helps at all

    count your macros as in bulking/cutting/maintaining macros do some research on diets, and make sure you hit cardio cuz i think you do need it.

    use them just dont replace with instead of your meals.
