Need A Coder For a New Server

My friend and I are looking for a coder to code for a new private server. The server would be a 562 preferably.

Here are the things we would like to see on the server:
562
Training area
Fully working curses
Pvp
Corp, Nex Godwars and Jad
Torvas Set and Korasi
Working Weapon Special Attacks
Minigames such as Castlewars and PestControl
Working Duel Arena With staking
Chaotics and Primals
Don't want level command, but faster experience gain.

You are kinda of an idiot, you are asking somebody to code and get a server online for you while you and your friend just sit back and watch; while you have no basic knowledge with java.
