Boting after expiration of a previous macroing ban?

Has anyone botting after a macro major ban has expired and the ban meter gets reset to 0 again? What happens if you get caught? Does the ban meter go to half full again since the bans have expired or do they just perma you?

Wondering what would happen if I started to bot again and got caught...

Thinking the ban meter would go straight from 0 to full/perma banned on first offense?

or

Ban meter would go to half full again at first offense?

(since I have a macroing offense in the past that has expired and ban meter = 0 now)


Would greatly appreciate any insight on this. I'd like to just kind of play casually again but my combat stats suck. I have like 200 qps, 99 hunter/agility (both botted) so don't really want to risk losing the account unless someone can confrim this.

Haved played or botted at all in about a year.

Hard to say, but if you're afraid of losing the account, I honestly wouldn't risk it. I wouldn't be surprised if you got permanently banned even if the first offense has since expired and meter gone to 0.

If you don't mind running the risk of getting perm banned, then go for it. However, I feel like I should mention that successfully botting now a days is not as easy as it used to be. The likelihood of getting banned is really high.
