As said by others, it's highly unlikely to get a pure with a firecape for $60.
If you are offered one, please research about the seller well enough. It will be one of those "too good to be true" deals which may end up being a scam.

Being a newcomer, I would also like to let you know that almost nobody will accept PayPal from you. So you need to be willing to make the payment in BTC/rsgp which are the most commonly accepted modes of payment on sythe.
