Afk training melee guide 70k exp per hour

Required stats:

Obviously 70 defence for guthan armour.

Recommended about 80+ in all stats ( combat melee)

(Other information : No, these aren't bandits. This is something that will keep you logged in without anybody disturbing you. Obviously the higher the stats, the lower the risk factor of dieing)
-Also wearing certain items that i devised gives you 2 chances of not dieing.
-Since guthan armour lasts (degrades) after 15 hours, don't leave your computer on for longer than this amount, for your account safety or for not losing any items.

Benefits: Trains either defence exp or shared exp for 6 hours and more (guaranteed).

Few calculations, leaving overnight for 8-10 hours, gains 560k-700k exp defence or about 200k exp in all skills equally.
