Colored RS names?

I have never seen this before, what is it?

Where do u get this from?

 

There should be a man, aswell as an icon in the minimap; to the left of the warriors guild. It's located in burthrope, use games necklace to games room to get there.

 

Useless crap: that's what it is.

 

What's the purpose behind this...?

 

jagex wants to make more money by adding pointless things into the game
all in all they are basically desperate for money or greedy and this is there way to try and make more, along with that failed $20 katana

It's the member loyalty program.

 

You're able to add 'Sir' or 'Lord' next to your name both in public view and chat. In my honest opinion it is stupid. It is next to the Warriors Guild in Burthrope.

 

you can add a lot more than sir and lord.. theres like 10+ also new costumes emotes and auras

one of the worst updates ever
it just looks retarded everyone speaking with lord/sir w/e just annoying as hell
but u get it using loyality points which are obtained from having membership and how long it has consecutively been on for(months) earns you more points to spend on those titles/auras/costumes/emotes etc...
pretty bad but eh

 

Meh the Reverence aura isn't too terrible. Slows down prayer drain and increases prayer restoration from potions, and can be used in pvp...

 

Just an annoying update.. a fail at copying WoW titles.

it really annoys me when people ask about updates that just happened when all you have to do is look on the runescape homepage... which you go past to play runescape
