color or bitmap parsing

hey i need to know what includes i need, (if any) to parse the screen for a certain color as well as a certain bitmap because i was origionally writing a macro for conquer online in scar, but i decided to start in c++ so i could create an executable file.... so does any1 know what i need to do to find colors and images on screen??? some1 help me please?
