Agreed man but it could have been because maybe his friends/family did not know he was gay im sure there is way more to the story we will never get to know =|

That's probably the saddest part about it..to him openly gay is worse than living.

I highly doubt there's enough to prove manslaughter. The prosecutor just wants him to get maximum punishments so they're just bringing bs charges
