It has a level 60 barbarian. Tho I don't have the game installed so I can't show any img of him.

It doesn't have any good gear or anything.

These collector accounts sell for about 100$.
The last one I sold for 120$ and I think this is a fair amount to ask.
so I am expecting to make 250m Minimum from this deal.

I will be transferring you the complete details of the account and everything you need to prove ownerships. Including a scan of the original CD box.
