tanks... worth the time?

well, I started making a tank a little while back, and I'm kind of undecided if I should keep going, or if tanks are useless... a few things I guess I should mention is that I DO NOT PK, I'll mostly be doing clan wars/soulwars/castlewars...Wondering if tanks are still good for that kind of stuff, or even if they're good for pking(I guess I can start pking and try it out)...

his levels -

47 attack
40 strength
49 defence
43 pray
71 range
88 mage
63 constitution

i'm going for 94 mage on him, then doing DT, then soulwars on him for the defence/range xp...

My only concern really is getting my defence up when having such low attk/str... was going to defence stance ice barrages, but I don't know if it'll be worth the money... thanks.

you might aswell do it on your main if you aren't going to pk. That's the whole point.

well, I have a main, but I'd rather have a tank to fuck around on, and skillers are boring.

I myself have a tank, it's 99 ranged 94 magic and 77 def, selling it not really fun playing. but if you ask me if your in to range it's really fun, had some good time with it

 

I have a tank and a turmoil pure. The turm pure is more fun when pking then the tank by far. Tanks are alright i guess cuz u can do gwd and other bosses. Unless u already have a main i think the tank would be worth it.
