I'm thinking about making a text bombing application using a Google Voice API.
Every time the user opens the program the user will have to agree to, well, an agreement. In that it will state that they will not use this program to message anyone without that person's permission.

What are the legal implications of this? Do you think I would get in any trouble for releasing and selling this?

And I was also thinking of adding a "do not text list" and selling slots on it for say $.25. Would that be okay or should I just make them freely available.

    Thanks guys

Just create the API with a whitelist function and sell it to someone. They could start a shop with it and they would be legally responsible.
