Coin4Coin swapping FC - BANNED

I thought swapping was legal?

 

Why was it banned? I thought swapping was still legal?

Its not swapping that's illegal its cuz most of the host are suspected to engage in rwt or also if u use a lot of bots to adv the fc.

Home was banned over 10 times in one month cuz of such reasons and banned even countless more times over a short period of time

 

That and advertising over sythe (a black market)

 

oh yeah that makes sense. I'm sure Jagex could easily link lots of the hosts to RWT

 

Did they ban some of the hosts aswell?

 

None of the hosts got banned.

 

at most we got banned 3 times in a day lol, times were crazy at one point

 

^^ exactly. I think jagex bans the fc because its basically a lead to rwt. You ban the fc, you stop rwting

 

RWT only reason, not sure why they let swapping be legal if they shut down the FC's. but w/e

 

Actually, bans are only dependent on the Jagex Moderator who carries out the ban.

For example, when I was spamming the FC ConvertGP, for the owner DDoS'ing their own ranks etc, and one of my ranks met Mod Mark whilst he was hosting flowers. A ConvertGP rank run up to Mod Mark and said to ban Home for spamming their Friends Chat, Mark then said that he knows that this is happening and that only the accounts involved can be banned. This means that only the accounts that are advertising should be banned.

Whereas Mod Infinity on numerous occasions joined the Friends Chat and said that he would ban us and to stop spamming other Friends Chats. Mod Infinity then permanently muted someone, who wasn't even a rank, in the chat for cussing him out. Not only that but this permanent mute then carried across to all of the 'victims' accounts.

Mod Mat K, on an occasion joined the Friends Chat and stated to remove the advertising bots. Then we didn't he then banned us 20 minutes later when I was using multiple advertisers to remove the scamming Friends Chats and when I tried to explain that to him he simply ignored me. Mat K then had the audacity to say on the Player Moderator Forums, when I checked, on a thread strictly about Home that he 'politely' joined and asked for them to be removed. On another incident he joined the Friends Chat and an impostor of one of our ranks joined and cursed at him then Mat K responded by kicking the actual rank in the Friends Chat. Aswell, Mat K would, whenever he had the chance, ban any adverts he saw.

Another Jagex Mod, John C and I had numerous 'meetings'. Where me and enjoyed ourselves as he would mute our adverts and change the name to something like "JohnCisGod" then I force one of the adverts via SQL to move to the location he was and he would do the same thing. I then made some more adverts to names such as "John C Mad" and he simply changed the names and muted them. Later that day the accounts where permanently muted.

I have been banned by Mod Weath only once or twice. All of the bans done by Weath, that I know of, where RWT bans and he joined the Friends Chat to do something that I cannot remember. I have also spoken to Mod Weath many times through emails and he is genuinely a nice guy.

I'm not sure whether the bans due to the adverts where because our script is so advanced from having Player Moderator Detection, Jagex Moderator Detection and numerous other things I do not wish to disclose.

As you can see there is a heavy change in consistency between Jagex Moderators and it depends what one you are lucky enough to come into contact with.
