    Im trying out L-Theanine (more infos on this website) at the moment which occures in tea obviously. I think it is a pretty good supplement, because of its relaxing effects. It also uplifts my mood, which is a nice effect. I always have problems with getting my things done, but with this, it is not that much of a problem anymore. But everybody is different, so I can't tell how it will effect you.
