My worker scammed me for ~100m h4llway

Explanation of the trade:
H4llway was an old worker of my team. Did dozens of successful orders and we never had any problems!
11/27 I loaned him 100m osrs gp and in exchange he would do some services on my own account.

Everything was good, he was updating me during this whole process.
When the service was completed I logged in and saw that he committed 2 infractions(bad language)



We agreed that he was going to do some lvling for free since he got my account blackmarked.
He did not update me or anything so I logged in after 12 days and saw this:



For some reason he transferred all valuable items to his main and dropped my untradables..

What I want:
1. That he gets banned for scamming.
2. Permission to keep his 100m deposit + 36m from other orders that he still had to receive
3. Guidance on what I should do regarding his sister that is also one of my workers. (100m deposit too)

I didnt take a single coin from there, and Im gonna say exactly what Ive told him and its that Ive been working doin this and being in several servers and never had a single problem related to a bank loss, Ive handled accounts with billions gp and rare names and Ive gotten possitive feedback from customers, so this is a scam that ive never understood from foreign people, even droppin untradeable stuff and saying that I sold a graceful, they may think venezuelans are starving and they gonna swipe up till the last tear of the bank, I could be venezuelan, but I understand the fact that if I take stuff from a bank I will have money once, ok, but I think about my future bc I had to leave college for making this my fulltime job.

I failed on saying my personal shit to this guy and trust he would be a friend. Whats the point on taking 50m and droping untradeable stuff, from my boss' account?, I mean, Ive worked for him for a while now, and I cant see the "why", theres no point for me on doin that, this could be him taking a revenge on me bc I got his account banned.

 

Just quit being ridiculous. You and all of my workers know that I'm not doing this for money. The main point here is that you broke my trust, I don't actually care about some untradeables and gp on an online game. But I took you in without a deposit and you backstabbed me at the end.

Its a matter of common sense, Ive been working for you and being well paid, so whats the point on risking all I have just for pennies?, You understand that you do not have a solid base to make a public accusation against me? and that to do all this, even if it were true, the one who is going to win everywhere is you, because you want to keep my sister's deposit, mine, and not pay the orders that you have to pay us. And why do u use that picture here alegating that are the stuff I took?, and I remind i left something around that ammount of gp, remind u gave me 15m, and i bought 2 bonds, also the gear for gettin the pc points, dudes all this is pointless.

But I'm done being nice and ok with you taking items out of my account.

That picture was to proof I actually had the items you took, that's all. But you saying that you were the one taking that picture was a little bit weird.

Terms of Service -

- You understand if you go away for a period of time without telling us, you will be automatically removed from the service.
- You agree that you will work a 30 day no-compete clause in order to receive your deposit.
- You understand that any failure to complete/communicate on orders will result in you not being paid.
- You agree that you will not work on any private orders/other services.
- You agree that if you are fired, upon doing so you relinquish your deposit.
- You agree that my contracts are suitable for you, and you are fine to obey by them.
- You understand that if you take out any private orders, you will be removed from the service.
- You understand that all orders go through me, this is to avoid customer confusion and problems.
- You understand you will be working with the minimum wealth to avoid hacks/scams on all orders.
- You understand that any messing of accounts/items, you will be removed without a refund.
- You must have a profile & clean reputation across other forums along side Sythe.
- You will not leak or outsource customers information or orders.
- You will stay respectful and professional with all customers.
- You will use discord for contact references.
- You agree that I need to be part of your orders chat when processing it.
- You confirm that you will tell me when customers are trying to order with you.
- You agree that you will not snipe any orders, you will be removed if you do.
- You agree that all payments are held by me/managers unless informed otherwise.

 

I only work with my little sister and my mom, not always, just when theres a big order of a 99 for example, and once that a customer asked for zulrah kills and he got mind blowed bc the friend that worked for me did the whole order in a day.

 

@Pirate I finished the account, and then I told him that i could get his 99 str as a compensation for the account gettin banned, but he got it back... Once I told him that I much rather to work in a customer's account than in his own and he agreeded on that.

Also, I just wanna know why my sister has to be involved in this, she havent done anything and he has no complaints about her work, so if he doesnt trust her or anything and she havent done anything, he could just return her deposit, bc she havent done anything and shes not even involved with this order.

And why you're gonna wait 12 days to check the account if I wasnt sending progress screenshots, I was loaded with work and gettin good feedback for the server. And also he avoided to pay me and my sister the day before yesterday our finished accounts and that was fishy af.

And regarding your sister, I'm waiting for guidance on how to proceed. I never told you/her that I was going to keep her deposit and you're playing dumb here.

And the only one asking for the payment was your sister ( you never did ), and since I opened this report before she asked for it I decided to rather wait for a final decision before making any move.

Why should I wait 12 days? I don't actually play runescape, I have work irl to deal with + a discord server to manage. You were the only one with the password and since you was going to do some training I didn't change it.

 

Whats the guidance you're waiting for then?, she's another worker from your server working on separate orders than me, she doesnt has to be involved in this theater that you're putting on.
