As you can see, they are both written the exact SAME way, and there him admitting to using a VPN here:

Additionally, archer_staker was banned on August 6th 2014, and CodegrabbeR (his vader account) was created on 24th August 2014.
Also, notice how for both accounts, their Skype names are exactly the same as their sythe name, but with an extra s at the end for both accounts.

Found a home IP match with Archer_staker.

The IP behavior with Puhastusproff suggests it is a match, but I can't tell for certain.
