Yes i was young and stupid,and yes i was intending to use a prepaid visacard that was not linked to anyone at that time of date.
it was 25 dollars and i found it in the bus station
I nor Scammed or used that visa card.
i know it may stupid but as i said i was young and dumb.
But I'm not proven guilty of doing any harm,nor did i use the credit card that had 25 or 15 dollars in it.

if i remember right it was 1-2 years ago.
i was banned for asking a guy if i could use my prepaid credit card in his shop,which was found/stolen.
he told me calmly no and i accepted it.
and did not use it anymore.
since then i got banned.
