Make it smaller, around 380 x 120 pixels.

personally i like it though some aspects of it could be improved like

-use the zoom tool on your cropping pic and rub out the access of the pic u dont need to make it cleaner

-use the free transform tool so u can resize the image to suit a sig style size

-the text really suits the style of the pic but u should change the colour so it stands out more then just blending in with the background

-for the background just experiment with colour, renders, lighting effects etc to get a better feel for it

and finally cant express this enough but if your ever in doubt a colour doesnt suit consult an online colour wheel

    gl with future works =P

I'm not sure WHAT tutorial led you to that, though I know you're still 'new' at this. There's a lot of things you should work on, so the advice I will give is for you to look up tutorials, as draggin has stated.

If you don't know what to look up, go to google images, and search "Photoshop signature tutorials".

Here's a good example tutorial that you can start off with just to get a basic feel of a signature. You should be fine with this one, as it shows you some features.

Also, please refrain from youtube tutorials. They're really bad..

    Make it smaller.
Read some tutorials, they help ALOT. Try these to start off with : click & click.
Add more details and effects to your background.
Blend the text in with your background.
Go to click to find some more & better renders.

    Good luck :)
