not really my style. tho i do like the effect's applied if i were you id add more of depth to the text

 

the lower opacity stuff hits the left and right sides. soft brush eraser should fix it.

other than that, i think lvl 75 def said exactly what i would say

Also is there a tutorial on those light effects? I have been looking for a while on how to do it and I really want to know how.

I agree with delay, a little cramped. Maybe simplify the background a little bit, and bring the text depth up. That way it'll become the main focus. I like the effects though. Well done, good concept.

 

Try not to use too many stocks. Create some things yourself. Needs alot of cleaning up, you left alot of places with random black smudges; mainly around the edges.

The spoils stocks don't fit the image really well and a lot of them aren't even stakeable, -1 from me for not making it believable. Random smudges and clip on right side I don't like, also can you remove the watermark?
I like the idea of wings for the side of the word though

 

Agree with delay, personally i'd get rid of the runescape bank images in the background; but that's just me.
