CMB92 Is A Scammer

ok so this is how it all started. I was looking to buy a gmauler with DT done and he commented on my post. We added eachother on discord and skype but talked through discord. We were going to use a MM but none were available so he went first. he changed the email and password to mine and i sent him the $30 USD through paypal. I had no problems for the 3 days that i had the account for until today, i was trying to get someone to trian my account and i couldnt log in. i checked the account recovery and its not my email.

My apologies! Just seeing this as I work over nights and just woke up. I was informed the account was recovered by my brother-in-law, He tried getting on and couldn't (He would occasionally pk on it). He now knows the situation and I have the account and all your items/stats were not touched. Sorry for the inconvenience I didn't even think to tell him it was sold but all will be fine from here on out if you still want it. @King @Caliman909

I didn't delete you on discord I thought you deleted me because you thought I scammed you. I tried messaging you on there and was told I couldn't.
I ended up sending you messages on Skype and here since discord wasn't an option.

If you no longer want the account, you can go ahead and follow through with you refund process on PP. I will give you back what items you had on the account nothing more. If you were to understand the mis-communication between me and my brother-in-law and continue on with the account I'd reimburse you 2m for a day wasted on the bond you purchased, But I'm not going to give you an extra 2m for wanting refunded.

I can assure you the account is 100% safe to play on. With that said I have no problem giving you your items back, but due to there not being a refund policy/agreement set up on this specific trade you'll just have to hope for the best with Paypal. If you would like to carry on with the account I will compensate you 2m for a day wasted on the bond.

Even though he's settled for your offer (even though it seems forced upon from you) he's allowed to choose which option he wants. @CMB92 You should mention the fact that someone else has access to the account prior to the sale. If @Caliman909 wishes to be reimbursed for the account, then he's fully entitled to that seeing as your "brother-in-law" can recover it at any given moment and time.

 

@CMB92 when can you change the account details back to mine, im still waiting BUT ID PREFER IF YOU CAN SEND ME $30 SINCE THAT'S WHAT I PAID.

 

@CMB92 If the user does not want the account anymore, you are to refund the money he sent to you on Paypal.

1. You should have mentioned your "Brother In Law" has access to the account details.
2. It looks as if you've recovered the account in hopes of gaining "Big" when you realized you messed up, you came up with a terrible excuse. Even if that was the case, it was your responsibility to notify your brother you had sold the account.

@Caliman909 I highly recommend asking for a refund, as the account is unstable. (Entirely up to you to post your decision here.)

 

1. I'm not refunding him $30 as stated multiple times, I have given him options if he is not interested then I'm sorry there is nothing more I'm willing to do.
2. Assuming my story is B.S and I recovered the account in hopes to gain "BIG" is crazy talk considering anyone in the right mind isn't dropping bills on an account they just bought from a "New comer".
3. I'm loaded with GP so a chance at possible bank isn't going to influence me to recover. Stats are worth more than GP to me and none were leveled.
4. I'm not obligated to do anything so pipe down bud
5. Will I be seeing you @ arrowhead this season @Champ
