CM47CLARE Scammed me

How did he scammed? Wanted me to buy him a WoW race change with my paypal, I agreed, he was gonna pay me 80M in total, After struggling with him, he decided to go first, with half of the money, so he gave me 40M.

After that I bought his race change and he started making excuses that he didn't got the race change thing etc, bla bla bla, even tho i showed him my paypal history that clearly stated that i bought the Blizzard race change thing for 20 bucks.

he even revealed his plans in the pictures, that he was gonna get me ban before I could get him ban

If you need any more proof of anything let me know, also I covered in some areas some stuff with black, because they were his World of Warcraft account info.
