I will let screenshots speak for themselves but allow me to summarize.
I have ordered a few services from elevement in the recent past as can be seen in his vouch thread, and despite a few slow completions no issues. Most recently ordered all tithe farm unlocks on my main.

I changed the password to a new and never before used password before the service and sent it to him and only him. The service was quoted to be completed in 5-6 days, and when it was all said and done, finished in a whopping 16 days. I was very patient with the delays, and was understanding that things come up and sometimes delays happen.

Halfway through the 16 days, I notice we are still very behind schedule and I bring to his attention how behind schedule we are, and am assured that he is finding a new worker and not to worry. Fast forward to today, he insists that he never actually found a new worker and that it was "his brother" both times, and denies lying about a new worker.

3/4 of the way through the service he asks me for a deposit for a next order (no such order was discussed) because he needed quick money for irl things. I am not one to judge, and I certainly am sympathetic to that, but given the context of this report, I felt it necessary to include.

Then, a little over 16 days after the day he was set to start, he sends me a screenshot of the service completed. I am out and about at the time, so I only have enough time to log in via my phone and check that the tithe farm points are there. They are. I briefly gain access to a computer and move some wealth that I had taken off the acc back on to mitigate risk (more on that below). I leave again in a hurry, still not having changed the password, thinking this guy has had access to my account for like a month now, surely one more night isn't a risk. Come home a few hours later, bank is wiped.

I also am sympathetic to the fact that people can clean up their act and change, and I don't wanna hold his previous violations against him, but I would be remiss not to mention the fake vouching, order delay, dnt, twc, and the time he filed a report because he outsourced work to an untrusted worker who scammed his clients bank, etc. I also have a video of all the chat logs with his uid in it in case he tries editing things like he did in a previous report against him. I was not aware of these reports before ordering, otherwise I honestly wouldn't have taken the chance.

The screenshot of wealth dated before the account is for 174m. I transferred money from my other acc back on after the order (I try not to keep too much on one acc in case of a scam). So the actual amount I lost is closer to 330m. I understand that I do not have concrete proof of the extra 160m, so my report is for only 174m, because I want to stick to what I can prove. I am not reporting for the gp its an inconsequential amount in the long term, more the principle. I'm only mentioning this so that you realize that it would have been more enticing for him or a worker.

Nobody else had access to the account other than him and who he outsourced the work too. I have completed multiple thorough virus scans, I can assure you I do not have a keylogger. I use this device for work and trust me their antivirus scans are more rigorous than anything I would be doing to secure runescape gold haha. Fresh password and not a simple one, so data leaked or guessed password is off the table.

In our private conversation, there are multiple accusations and different amounts of what you claim I stole, this only makes me understand that he is just looking to take advantage and get easy money.

Many service providers have had almost the same kind of reports and situations of customers looking to tarnish their reputation and make easy money by taking advantage of any detail in the service.

You were satisfied in how the service was going with no complaints, even though it took that long, you could have cancelled the service if you were not satisfied or if it seemed like someone you could not trust, because I was always informing you and apologizing for the delay. I know the time it took for the second service was not right, but you didn't have to wait for me to complete the service to accuse me of emptying the bank, and taking advantage of the situation when everything was completed on your account.

Honestly we never took their money or touched their bank, this is the first time I have been accused of something like this, as I have worked with accounts of over $1000 and have never touched any client's money.

For you I have concluded two services, the first was finished quickly, and the second with some unforeseen things that happen to all of us in the day to day. I mentioned to you that I could change workers, but I simply have many services in process, and honestly the necessary workers, since I only trust in my family circle and not in people from the Internet.
The worker who concluded his service was my brother. And if I as a worker was only dedicated to stealing from clients, the moderators would have already taken care of me, but I am only interested in working and the money I get paid for the services.

He is accusing me of steal his bank, which we never did, at the conclusion of the service I never entered his account again, as with all my clients.

It is true that elevement completed orders for me before this one without an issue (albeit with much less wealth on the account). That alone does not make you guilty or innocent.

I am not "changing the amount stolen". I uploaded a screenshot of bank before service being 174m. When I said ~$60 of gold, thats what I meant. 174m is ballpark 60 dollars of gold.

If you're gonna take one line conversations from the logs and post them, that's fine. I'm not disputing you eventually completed the order, so posting my "thanks leaving a vouch", doesn't mean anything. I can upload the video I took of the entirety of chat logs if moderators would find that useful, that way there can be no selective cropping and narrative creating.

I find it hard to believe that without slowing down the volume of orders you take, you have decided to stop using anybody that is not your direct family and that your one brother has taken on all the work. You continued to have a track record of slow orders with bad communication (as can be seen in your vouches), and likely because you are outsourcing work to people who are willing to work cheap. That is fine, but you understand when you do that, they will do dumb shit like steal 170m, and as the manager of the operation you have to eat that loss, not me the client

If it truly was your brother working who you are so certain would not steal my gp, then you should be able to produce screenshots of every farming level obtained on the account. To be clear, your ability to show these does not prove innocence, simply the inability to show them determines guilt.

I have long histories of ordering services from providers both established and not established and have never once had my bank wiped or claimed it. I have diced probably 10s of thousands of dollars on this site and been a member for 9 years. Runescape is just a hobby to me this not my livelihood and if you want to make the claim that after 9 years of providing business to this site I am making my grand exit scam for $60 then go ahead and argue that point.

 

Since you are pulling information from me that has nothing to do with you, here I will leave this report where you tried to do the same thing and you got banned.

Yes, I got hacked 6 years ago. Nothing came of it. Didn't have 2FA and used same pass for everything. I was 18. I work in tech now. Because I had a virus 6 years ago I cannot be trusted when I say my computer is clean now? Come on man.
I use this computer for my full time job, and believe me its clean (I can provide proof to moderators).

The second thing you cite I don't even remember entirely what it was. We are talking about almost a decade ago. It looks like I suspected some guy of being rsps staff or scamming? Dude had 3 posts and got banned for reports unrelated to my complaint. But yeah I was definitely trying to tarnish that innocent mans reputation.
