How do I obtain one? Like a spam forum participant one.

 

Post a number of times in the spam forums and you'll receive it..

 

All of the 'Participant' mini ranks are from posting a specific amount of times on a specific section on the forums. There's a few others that are really self explanatory like St Patricks Day and such.

There's a few dice games on the SB right now to earn a few mini ranks as well.

 

How many times?

 

I don't know you just have to participate in the SP and post .. and you'll get it automatically ..
