[Closed]Error uploading Avatar

Hey, I get this error when I'm uploading my new avatar:



It's an animated 200x200 avatar.

I recently became a $50 Donor, but my file size which is only ~200 kb can't be uploaded because it's "too large", even though the limit is 1 Mb.


If you can help in any way, I'd be grateful.

Sythe User Center says it all there

 

The file size is too large to upload. Try compressing the image.

 

I compressed the file down to 115 KB online, but I'm still getting the same error message. The file is less than 128 KB :s.

 

Im pretty sure you need to be a donator to have a gif as your avatar. Try donating using a sythe bond holder

 

Hey guys, I'm a $50 Donor now and entitled to a larger file size for my Avatar. The Size of the file can be 1mb and my file size is currently only 580 kb and I still get the same error message.

 

What are you using for compression?
also can you upload the avatar for inspection?

It's a gif file so I can't upload it directly. I'll upload on imgur.

I had the person who made the avatar compress it, I'm not sure what he used. This is the original 961 KB file which should work(since it's under 1MB).

This is a 585 KB file(compressed) which still doesn't work:

Okay give this one a try!
I was able to half the size and saved it a different way.

Hopefully it'll work.


Make sure you save it as gif not gifv

Actually give it one last try with this one:

 

Pm an administrator to apply the gif manually (if it's under 1 MB).
