This guy claims to be " Ban Evading " on Msn.
I have no right to TWC this guy as I do not have proof with me BUT he is an evader.

i know there are several other reports on this guy, but i just wanted to add my two cents

also, he is buying gold $1/mill and selling .40/mill, refusing to verify gold in game, refusing to use omm, and refusing to go first, leaving the only option of us going first to him. please ban this guy
