    80 dung training?

So I'm at currently 97 str, training to 99, and once I have that I'll have maxed melee and want to start training for a chaotic. I'm currently 51 dung, but I've never set foot inside daemonheim...all my levels are 100% from Tears of Guthix lol. So I was wondering if someone could just give me the basics of how to get started with my training. What size dungeons should I be doing? Should I solo for a while or go with groups immediately? Should I spend any tokens on class upgrades or just save it all up for a chaotic? Any tips appreciated.

I'd recommend going to the official dung world and just going in with randomers. Once you get the hang of it, cause you don't just wanna be a leech, you can form your own groups and start doing medium sized floors.

    EDIT: it;s w 117 and w 77

The lower floors you should do small dungeons. Best to go in a team, so the difficulty is 5:5.

The higher floors you should do large dungeons, but I don't recommend this until around floors 25+. Again, team of 5.

Best to have nobody that is too high levelled in the team, cause the monsters will be high levelled as well, making the dungeon harder. The more deaths you have, the less experience you get. Each death takes away around 5 - 10% of your final experience (never go over 3 deaths).

When a player dies, they usually rage quit, which is the most annoying thing when doing a large dungeon, as it takes around an hour to complete and requires a full team to do it well. So try and find a reliable team, that won't quit.

Never do the same floor twice. You won't get prestige experience. When you have done all the floors, rest your prestige, and you will get a nice prestige bonus (which will get you a bigger final experience count). Don't reset if you haven't completed all the floors that you can because the prestige bonus will be lowered, and you will find that your experience will be much lower.

    Hope this helps :)

I'd go in with high level people, and just rush through the floors. Though I didn't, I know someone that did and he got it pretty fast.

Note that you'll need Silk Hood for rushing so have that as one of your 2 bound items. Other one, definitely have it be the best weapon you can use/wield/obtain.

For me I have Primal Maul and Silk Hood bound.

I did (n-1)/2, where n is my max floor, on large 5:5 and the rest on c1 rush.

Got me to 85 pretty quick.

The general tactics while in the dungeon are pretty easy to learn, and Tenko's post about sums it up.
