Is this strictly members pvp?

If not, I would say 40 att, 90+ strength, 90+ range would be ideal for F2P.
You can easily switch between range and melee and still have time to finish with a 2h.

1 99 1 with 60 hp

it's like a shock account, hits very high at its low level and most pures arent ready for it. I have one that is 1 99 1 with 70 hp and i must say, its a lot of fun to pk on.

 

20-99-1 is far more enjoyable for me, when i was an obby mauler everybody safed cause of the slow maul, i had to ko ppl by getting my recoil down him to 3/4 hp and then hit a 420

 

60 att 99 str 94 mage 90 range, and get dt so you can cast barrage or venguance ofc.

 

last option all the way its teh sht!

 

3rd option is over rated, having had those stats you get raped by complete noobs. 78-80ish combat and rarely hit on def (80% of your oponents) + 1 def gets hit on like candy. its probably a bit better now with not as much torso/void.

+ any other pures your level will have 1337 stats and its basically hit, hit spec, hope your the victor ~ not alot of skill or enjoyment.

so i'd go with #2 being the most ownage option, but #1 being best 'value for money'.

 

Third option most definitely -
I'd love to have a maxed out pure.
