infractions

Do they mean something? I got few for spamming in a banned person's thread because he was a scammer(as to warn other ppl not to trade with him) but after he got banned my infractions are still on my account any way to remove them or they mean nothing?

also they already have status: Expired. But I still see them!

 

They are still visible when they are expired, just for reference. Expired infractions CANNOT hurt you in no way, shape, or form.

Also, I suggest you PM the moderator who infracted you (Shown on the right) next time instead of making a thread, as that is an infractable offense.

 

The only type of infraction that applies after expiration is a signature infraction, they do expire but the offence itself still stays.

Think of them as warnings, you are always free to PM the moderator that issued the infraction to you if you want to question why you received the infraction and whether you think it should be reversed.

 

Infractions do mean something. If you get too many in a short period of time youll be temporarily banned. Go to the homepage and read the rules to see what all you can be infracted for.

 

You'll be banned but in the longterm they mean nothing.
