    Yesterday he said he would pay me when he was paid by Neon Blue, I told him that he had 24 hours to pay me. Pmed him and messaged him on Skype, no responses today.

    Also if Neon Blue comes back, he could just pay the 20m he owes swipe to me, assuming Swipe does not pay.
