Explanation of the trade: Gave Bacterial one of my overflow EUW jobs, P2 to D5. He then proceeded to lose his first 2 games, and told me he doesn't want to do the boost anymore. The account is now at P2 0 LP facing demotion to P3, and he refuses to play anymore on the account.

How they scammed: Refuses to compensate for the 2 lost games, either by winning 2 more, or by giving me $20 ($10 per net win in P2).

Explanation of the trade: Firstly, I boosted an account from Platinum 4 to Platinum 2, then I got paid. Vouches from him:

Then he told me to continue boosting on boosting, I said okay, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to handle the boost this time, so I told him I'd rather pass the order this time. Then he made me choose to either pay 20$ to him(for 2 losses) or I have to face a scam report. "Bacterial not legit" is a really nice and misleading title, but he is just accusing me without any reason. I've been trusted with 120$, and handled over 700$ on sythe.

I kept saying to him that 2 losses didn't cause LP loss or dropping back ranks, but he just wanted me to do 2 free win or pay him 20$. I refused to do so, I'm pretty sure I didn't break any booster's rules, but you decide who is right about this.
Imho his claim is unrightful, I didn't cause any loss of LP or dropping back. I've won 15 and lost 7 games, so the account's MMR is totally fine, too.
Moreover, I've done plenty boosts on sythe, too. Each of my customers were happy with my service.



Regarding to his latest post:

It was the very same order, MMR didn't get harmed. Your reasoning is invalid, check the rules, I didn't break them and I'm tired of having to say these. There's nothing wrong with my behaviour, your claim seems to be unrightful as division/tier dropping and LP loss didn't occur.
You're really asking for a TWC for not breaking any rules? Why are you ignoring this fact? I think you don't have the right to ask for any compensation as there's nothing to compensate. Already explained above.

First off, stop bringing up the previous boost in your explanation. Yes you did go 15-7, or w/e, in that previous boost. However, that has no relevance in this context.

I gave you a NEW boost order, P2 to D5. You accepted this order, and then proceeded to lose your first 2 games on this new order. Instead of continuing with this boost, you decided that it wasn't worth your time, and quit after going 0-2 on the NEW order.

Yes, you have completed boosts for me in the past, and yes I was happy with the service. However, that does not excuse you for this behavior. I gave you a boost, and you lose 2 games, then refuse to play anymore.

Saying that you "aren't in the mood to get to D5", or "I'm just going on tilt this time :/ I'm done for a while" does not excuse you from the 2 net losses. Oh and in the future, "I'm done for a while" usually doesn't mean bumping your thread within 30 minutes of you sending that message.

Perhaps a ban is too harsh, and a "trade with caution" is more in order.

TLDR: Gave him a new boost order, he proceeds to go 0-2 (losing his first two games), then tells me he quits. Does not offer any sort of compensation for the two net losses.

 

In addition, the user Bacterial has faked many referrals and vouches on Sythe. All of them joined Sythe at around the same time and used his referral link, said something like 'Vouch A+++' on his thread and never came back to Sythe again. They even vouched using his grammatical syntax, including placing the $ symbol behind the number (ex. 20$), which is a very unusual coincidence.

You lost 2 games Bacterial. You have to either win back to the accounts original standing, or re-reimburse the cost of getting 3 net wins from 0LP, to where it was. You may ask why 3 net wins opposed to 2, it's because it could be demoted, which is entirely your fault.

 

Yes, Bacterial accepted the P2 to D5 job. I haven't paid him yet for the job though because our agreement has always been to complete a job first, then I send payment.

 

Alright, the losses are still Bacterials fault, as he accepted the job.

These are the options that you have Bacterial:

1. Return the account to its original standing.
2. Reimburse 3 net wins worth.

 

Also, I checked his vouches (Bacterials), they're all from different people, with different IP's. Nothing out of place there.

 

Bacterial has 24 hours to win back the 2 games he lost (2 net wins).

 

Copy and pasting this from a Skype message I sent to Sellerman:

Okay, so unbeknownst to me, one of my other boosters (who I assigned the job to after I kicked Bacterial off the account) did two wins today. I have the screenshot, and also the skype convo with Bacterial where he eventually admits it wasn't him.. He tried to bs me and said it was him in the first place. Here are the screenshots.

He's attempting everything to get out of this situation. He's trying to cause a distraction by bringing up a very old ban evasion accusation, which was settled in the following link:

And you can tell that the 50 LP (2 wins) wasn't him because 1) the time stamps, there's no way he played 2 games in 20 minutes, and 2) he eventually admits that it wasn't him.

Bacterial has absolutely no intentions of doing the wins. If he did, he would have finished them already give how he argued with me for over 2 hours over a old ban evasion report.

 

Looked over everything, and the verdict remains the same.

Bacterial - you have 24 hours to complete 2 net wins, or you will be banned. Alternatively, you can refund $20 worth for 2 net wins.

The decision is yours.

 

Bacterial will be receiving a TWC for trying to weasel out of this.
